Taking Husband’s Money without His Permission

Bismi Allahi Erhaman errrahimRespected scholars, as-salamu `alaykum.I am writing to you regarding a woman whose husband has recently died (Allah yerahmou).During their common life, this man, his wife and their four children were living from the income issued from a grocery store which was his property. This man was very fair towards his family and always had fulfilled his duty as devoted husband and father. His family never lacked of anything and he was always giving money to his children and/or his wife whenever they needed. However, his wife has for several years putting aside extra  cash money (in addition to the money she was receiving from him) by taking several times and for several years from the grocery store cashier without that her husband knows anything about it.She was operating either by herself or with the help of some of her children who obeyed rather with fear to her orders.According to this woman this money (which is worth several thousands of euros) was put aside for security in case of "financial bad times" (Only God knows the truth)Now that her husband has passed away, she has no more chances in this earth to tell him about her actions. This woman asked me to contact you by email to known if what she was doing is haram or not, and if it the case what does she have to do with the whole amount of money in order to be safe in front of God and in front of her husband el youm el quiyama inchallah. Thanks for your answer.Jazakum Allahu khayran

Hugging and Kissing the Opposite Sex

Dear scholars, as-Salamu `alaykum. I`m 26 years old woman, my problem is that I fell in love with a married man and he feels the same to me. the problem is that when we meet we exchange kisses and hugs and other things which come out of our feelings to each other, but we never-thank GOD- had  sexual intercourse and we are old enough and conscious for the fact that it is forbidden by our religion. In addition we both pray the five prayers   daily(thank God).He thought to marry me but my parents refused and I refused to let him devorce his wife, so he said to me that we can continue to meet till I get married. He realy loves me and respects me and never asked me to had sex with him but we touch each other in several parts of our bodies and he sometimes reaches orgasm by my hand( and sometimes I reach orgasm by his hand but I`m still a virgin) I tried not to see him but it didn`t secceed because of the nature of my work and studies and my place of living ( I`m a doctor ). SO I want to know if this relation is considered zina and what can I do to prevent myself from doing `haram` things and he also wants to know what to do, considering the fact that we tried being apart from each other for five days but we return to meet again (and every time we meet in a places empty of peaple). Please I want to know what I have to do and what is our punishment because  I blame myself a lot and it prevents me from working or studying well at the same time I can`t stop seeing him , so please help me as soon as you can !! Baraka ALLAHU Feekum.

Consuming Alcohol and Prayer

Tirmizi has reported from Abdullah bin OmerRZ that: ?The ProphetSAS said: ?Whoever consumes Liquor for the first time, his Salat will not be accepted by God for forty days and if he repents, Allah accepts. If he consumes it for the second time, Allah will not accept his prayers for another forty days and if he repents Allah accepts his repentance. If he consumes it for the third time his prayer will not be accepted for another forty days and if he repents again Allah will accept his repentance again. But if he consumes it for the forth time Allah will not accept his prayers for another forty days. If he repents again Allah will not accept his repentance. And the punishment will be that in the life hereafter Allah will make him consume filth from the drain in the Hell.?now looking at thisQuestion:What is the ruling of the Islaamic sharee?ah upon the person who drinks alcohol at night, and in the morning, he establishes the prayer ? and indeed the prayers prevents from indecency and evil ? is his prayer correct or null and void?answer:If a person prays the prayer, fulfilling its pillars, its preconditions and its obligatory aspects, then it is saheehah (correct). So its reward is for him, and the sin of drinking alcohol is upon him, and he is from those who mix a righteous action with another one of evil. So whosoever does good equal to the weight of an atom shall see it. And whosoever does evil equal to the weight of an atom shall see it.Soo rah al Zalzalah (99) aayah 7 to 8In conclusion drinking alcohol, whats the ruling on it?  Is the 40 days prayer not accepted a true ruling?
