Which is the most virtuous type of Hajj: ifrad, iamattu` or qiran?

Salam, I have a few questions, 1)I would like to know whether a woman on her menses can perform umrah? 2) If a woman cannot perform the umrah whilst on her menses, can she stay with her relatives/other people whilst they are doing the umrah? 3) If a woman has her menses in her home country (before setting out on hajj) can a woman still do all the rites of hajj, or does her menses have to start during hajj in order to qualify to perfom all the hajj rites? 3) If a woman's menses finishes before leaving hajj, I have heard that she has to do the tawaaf ul ifadah at the end of her menses.  But what if she does not get time as during the days left the rest of the hajj rites are being done. Can she then do the tawaf whilst on her menses as then she may not get enough time? 4) Following on from my last question is she allowed to do her tawaaf ul ifadah (which was left due to her menses) whilst the other rites of hajj are being done, or does she have to do it at the end of all the hajj rites?
