Dr. Main K. Al-Qudah, a member of the Assembly of Muslim Jurists in America (AMJA) stated while addressing a woman who had an abortion and her pregnancy period was only 113 days old that she is required to make a sincere repentance to Allah (glory be to Him). The repentance is enough to expiate our sins in general, even abortion. You do not owe the fetus anything as blowing the soul in his body at a designated age is a disputable point between scholars (if it is not 120 days yet).
Also, for the fetus if not buried on time due to the ignorance, then you are not to be blamed for not burying it as you – legally – cannot do so now, you did not know directly after the delivery the obligation of burying the deceased.
