Sheikh `Abdul-Majeed Subh, a prominent Azharite scholar, states: It should be also clear that touching one’s private parts nullifies one’s wudu’. Therefore, after formulating the intention, wasting the private parts and making wudu’, you just pour water on the entire body starting from head and the right side with no need to wash your private parts once again by touching your private organs.
