Parents should try their best to bring up their children according to the teachings of Islam by taking care of them emotionally, psychologically and financially. They should try their best to guarantee them a good life and a real religious upbringing.

It should be either used for their expenses or be saved for them only. It is not a gift from the government to your wife or to you. If you don’t use it for them then save it for them, they will need it as they grow older. It is not the wife’s money nor the husband’s.
