It should be clear that Tawaf Al-Ifadah is a pillar (rukn) in Hajj. So, if a pilgrim did not perform it while performing Hajj, they have to return any time to do it.
As for Tawaf Al-Wada’, if a pilgrim did not perform it while performing Hajj, they have to offer Damm (a sacrificial animal) in compensation for it and they are not required to come back to perform it.
So in case of missing tawaf Al-Ifadah and tawaf Al-Wada`, one has to come back only offer tawaf Al-Ifadah and to slaughter a sacrificial animal according to the majority of Muslim scholars in compensation for tawaf Al-Wada`.
