Dr. Marawan Shahin, Professor of Hadith and its Sciences, Faculty of Usul Ad-Din (Theology), Al-Azhar Univ. states: “If a muslim dies during hajj and having stood at `Arafah, then he/she has performed Hajj and will be resurrected on the Day of Judgment while reciting talbiyah. The same will be the case insha’ Allah if a muslim assumed ihram even before the day of tarwiyah (8th dhul Hijjah). May Allah reward every muslim and grant us happiness in this worldly life and in the Hereafter.
