The eminent Muslim scholar and renowned Da`iyah, Sheikh `Abdel Khaliq Hasan Ash-Shareef, states: “It is known that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) is reported to have said that “There are three persons whose supplications are never rejected.” Among them is the fasting person when he is taking his Iftar. As regards the hadith you referred to, we never heard about it. Please check its source and the Encyclopaedias of Hadith.
