It should also be clear that no one knows the unseen but Allah and that no one knows when exactly the Day of Judgment will come but Allah. We are taught by the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) that unseen matters are only taken from revelation, i.e. the Qur’an and Sunnah. So, we only believe in what is revealed in the Qur’an and Sunnah regarding the signs of the Day of Judgment.
Having stated the above, we’d like to point out that a Muslim should not occupy his mind with such issues. It would be better if we occupy our minds with preparing ourselves for the Day of Judgment by following the Prophet’s guidance in all aspects of life.
