Dr. Muzammil Siddiqi, President of the Fiqh Council of North America , states the following: “It is my advise to every Muslimah in this situation to please be strong and keep practice their faith. In sha’ Allah, if they’re successful in this test, Allah’s blessings will be more for them. It is easy to practice religion when everything is comfortable, but the real test comes when we stand firm on our principles in hardship and trials. In Surah al-Baqarah (2:177) Allah describes the people who have true piety are those “… are steadfast in poverty, sickness and during the time of war or panic. These are the truthful and these are God fearing.” (Al-Baqarah 2: 177)
