Sheikh `Abdul-Majeed Subh, a prominent Azharite scholar, states: “There are two different views onSa’ibefore 10th of Dhul Hijjah. However, we do incline to the view which says that Sa`i before the 10thof Dhull-Hijjah will be counted for the obligatory one.
