The eminent Muslim scholar and renowned Da`iyah, Sheikh `Abdel Khaliq Hasan Ash-Shareef, responded to this in the following way:

“Your case is one of three scenarios:

  1. Enuresis or the occasional emission of a few drops of urine which is beyond your control and there is no treatment for it. In this case, what you need to do is to wash your private parts with water, wash the part of your clothes that the urine has gotten onto, put a pad or a piece of cotton, or something similar, over the private parts so that the urine will not spread, do wudu’ for each Prayer, then pray as you are, and pray as much as you like, fard and nafl, with this wudu’ and do tawaf. After doing this, anything else that comes out does not matter.
  2. A normal disease which causes the emission of few drops of urine and can be treated. In this case, you need to seek the help of a specialist doctor and have treatment.
  3. Wasawis or suffering from satanic whispers. In this case, you need to drop out these wasawis from your mind and after making wudu’ be assured that you are pure and eligible for Prayer and tawaf until you hear a voice of wind or be sure beyond any doubt of the coming out of wind or urine.

Following the above-mentioned in any of the cases above, you can make tawaf and no need for delaying Hajj…”
