wudu

Assalamu Alaikum 1. In my office I have to take wudhu the first steps till wiping ears in the washroom and the legs I wash from the toilet-WC, showing my legs towards the closet without touching any part of it so that the falls in it and not the floor { however I think this is in appropriate ]. I do this because I have no choice. I cannot wet the floor as other too use the washroom and toilet{except me all are non-musl ims and I don?t want them to think that I am making places dirty and think wrong about islam}. I came to know that in we can just wipe our foot with ankles above the socks without washing them. Can I do that as a better option? Also is this applicable if  taking another wudu because our first wudu is broken? I hope you got my query right? 2. Is it necessary to take wudu for each and every fard prayer? 3. Does my wodhu become invalid if I touch my husband? Is there a specific hadith or strong evidence for the same? Please give me fatwa on this matter. 4. Does our wodhu become invalid if we touch a female non-muslim? 5. Can  I touch the Quran without the wodhu?6. Is it ok if after the recited the verses in Ruku, sujud, between sujud, and after saying blessing the prophet after tashahud in the last rakah, we pray to Allah in our heart in our own mother tongue to forgive our sins or make dua in our own mother tongue? As-salaamu 'alaykumDear scholars,As you can verify with gynaecologists or medical doctors, women have vaginal discharge and this is normal occurence in their monthly cycle. This vaginal discharge is always present, as long as the women are in fertile age indicating their ovulation, when menses are near etc. This vaginal discharge I'm referring to is not of any disease but of normal one.My question, dear scholars, is whether it is permissible for women to take ablution once and use it for more than one fardh prayers. For example, taking ablution for maghrib prayer and continue using it for isya prayer. As we all know, the discharge, while it can be cleaned the first time of ablution, might be present again soon after. Do we have to take new ablution and cleaned the discharge for every fardh prayer? As at times, due to convenience, it is so much easier to continue using the first ablution for another fardh prayer.I hope my question is very clear and I hope to get the answer soonest possible.Jazakallahu khayran.

Asalamaliakum,I would like to know if it is permissable to read tasbih beads without wudu, and also if the bles sings of the Quran can be sent for the deceased if it is read in english or english transliteration.  Does the deceased and the person reading the quran gain the same rewards as if the Quran was read in Arabic.Allah Hafiz

when i change my child whether it is a baby or toddler and clean him/her i have to touch his/her private parts. so if i have wudhu during this time does my wudhu break? please let me know as soon as possible as it is of great importance to me. jazakallah.

Do I have to repeat my wuduu' if I touched my husbands hand? And same for my husband.

AS-Salaamu Alaykum Wa Rahmatullahi Wa Barakatuh,     My question is about wudu'. The prophet (saw) has said in one hadith that the wudu' is broken if one touches his private parts, but in another hadith he tells a man that touching the private parts will not break the wudu', because "it is a part of you." Surely there must be a story behind each of these apparently contradictory hadiths.Jazakallah Khayran

Assalamu Aleikum. Can a person with a continual incontinence that breaks his wudu read the Holy Quran without wudu? 

I am a working sister and I have to make wudu during the day while at work.  My problem is that I do not feel safe/secure removing my hijab in the restroom because the door is constantly opening and men typically walk past the restroom or stand in the hallway outside the bathroom (the men's room is next door to the ladies room) and may be allowed to see in the bathroom.  Is it permissible for me to make wudu over my hijab in that case, if not, what accommodation could I make to get around my problem?

Asslamu Alaikum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuRespected Scholars. I have heard from a friend of mine that you are not allowed to wash your neck when making wudu becuase this is seen as royalty or something. She said that some madhabs don't allow it while others said if you put a stick behind your neck, the area where it touches is where you are allowed to was. I used to wash my neck fully but now i'm not sure. Could you  clarify or correst this please.Jazzakallu khair

what i want to ask is that i use loations and some creams for my face and hand.during  my ablution(wudu)the loation or cream is wahed out and the water reaches the skin.my question is will the wudu be acceptable in this kind of condition.please tell me

Asalamwlykum, I have a question reguarding when making intention, or niyat. Is it necessary to rais your hands as if making duwah and then say it or can you make it in your heart as you are begging to wash your hands or make wudu for instance. I would be very glad if you could answer this question for it has been bugging me for many months now. Asalamwlykum.

As-Salamu `alaykum.are we allowed to have Ghusl or shower naked,do i need to perform wudu after having the ghusl or shower.

If I perform wudu and then wear my leather socks (masah). After that my wudu breaked because I passed wind or urinated/pass stool in the toilet.Can i do all the other acts of wudu  wipe the leather socks instead of washing it and pray, etc.

I have some questions relating to wudhu: 1) If you are in the process of making wudhu, and you accidentally break it it (by maybe opening a scab and starting to bleed), does thsi invalidate your wudhy? DO you have to start again? 2) We know that physical arousal break wudhu. But what exactly constitutes physical arousal? Sometimes it just happens without any bad thoughts randomly, and has nothing to do with the opposite sex, whereas sometimes mental arousal happens with thoughts, but to real physical signs (though it might get sensitive in that reason). I live in the US, where I am always bombarded with sexual innuendo from the media, etc. How do I know when to do wudhu? 3) In the morning, a lot of men get physically aroused after they wake up. Sometimes it lasts while I make wudhu for Fajr. Is my wudhu valid?

Assalam alaikum, Dear scholars, I am a fema le medical school student and we are doing human dissection.  I am at school at duhr prayer and would like to pray, especially the friday jamaah prayer... Assalamualaikumi am a student.. and have to offer afternoon prayers in a limited time.. i wear the hijab but it becomes tedious for me to unwrap it before ablutions and the wrap it again afterwards....so i end up offering prayers in a hurry.... i wud like to ask u if it is permissible for me to perform ablutions with my head scarf on???? ..if i just slide  my wet hands over the hijab, will it do??

Assalam Alaikum, I have 2 question  regarding wadu 1st. doing massa of hair during wadu by women are they allowed to wipe there hair above the hijab or they need to wet their hair 2nd. Can we do wadu and wear socks and later to perform wadu just wipe wet hands over the socks. These questions are particularly in reference to hajj time when a women is in ihram and cannot show her hair. I would greatly appreciate your answer jazakallah

As-Salamu `Alaykum. Could you please furnish me with a Fatwa regarding wiping the neck in ablution. Is it part of the obligatory parts of the ablution or is it a Bid`ah or innovation?

Dear scholars, As-Salamu `alaykum. If some one has a medical problem which necessitates the use of a medicated bandage that has to be left on the foot for approximately a week without removal, is it be permissible to make wudu’ (ablution) over the bandage? What if it's not a serious condition but could become worse if left untreated? Jazakum Allah khayran.

As-Salamu `alaykum. I have two short questions: 1. Can I read Qur’an while in bed before sleeping? I sometimes stay in bed a long time before falling asleep. 2. I have a problem that may not be common. I usually have return of food without vomiting. It has nothing to do with the latter. It is almost like the food not gone far in my stomach. In India, i see a number of Muslims who do not take bath on daily basis and wear same clothes for days.
