Sheikh `Abdul-Khaleq Hasan Ash-Shareef, states the following: “There is nothing wrong in having sexual intercourse with one’s wife while their baby who’s less than a year is in the same room. There is no difference whether she is asleep or awake, and there is no need to wait until she becomes asleep.”
