Responding to this issue, Zeinab Al-`Alawani, an Instructor of Fiqh and Islamic Studies, said:
“Tarawih Prayer is a sunnah prayer, which is highly recommended but it can be performed individually and at different times. So it depends on the type of need the brother needs. If it is urgently needed, then one may delay the tarawih Prayer and observe it later during the night.“
