Sheikh `Abdel Khaliq Hasan Ash-Shareef, states: “As a Muslim, you have to make up for the days of fasting you have missed during Ramadan. Feeding is for those who cannot fast due to old age or incurable diseases. So, you have to make up for the missed days of fasting whenever you are able. You can fast for two or three days every month until you make up for all days you have missed. If you cannot observe fasting in the time being due to breastfeeding or any other acceptable excuse, then you can wait until you become able to make up for the days you missed.
