Sheikh Ahmad Kutty, a senior lecturer and Islamic scholar at the Islamic Institute of Toronto,Ontario, Canada said:
Since Allah is generous, He will grant the rewards of deeds that we donate to our parents or others. Parents, for sure, will benefit from the actions of their children, for the latter are from the former, and they are entitled to share rewards with them.
Based on the above, you may perform a hajj for your deceased parent. May Allah accept your deeds and reward your parents with Jannah, Ameen.
