Islam is the religion of cleanliness, and it calls all Muslims to keep themselves clean and pure. For Almighty Allah says: (Truly Allah loveth those who turn unto Him, and loveth those who have a care for cleanness) (Al-Baqara 2:222). While having ritual bathing, the whole body must be washed and any kind of paint, varnish etc must be removed. Otherwise, ritual bathing is invalid.
The most important part of ritual bathing when it comes to a lady, is that you have to make sure that you have made a complete wash for the whole body. For women you must make sure that while washing your hair you should be certain that water has reached the scalp. We are recommended by the
Qur’an to follow the sunnah of our Prophet (Peace and Blessings be upon him) in all cases particularly the ritual matters.
