Referring this issue to Dr. Ahmad Shleibak, he said:
“It is forbidden for a woman to expose herself and show her private parts to any stranger except for her husband, and if she does that she will be committing a sin and will deserve Allah’s anger.
the only time that she can show her private parts is when she is sick and she has to show only the needed parts.
So she can not use the laser to remove this hair, she needs only to clean herself as much as she can, and to obey Almighty Allah.”
