Sheikh `Abdul-Majeed Subh, a prominent Azharite scholar, states: “If what you see is not in the regular days of your period and it is not like blood menses, then it is called istihadah. In this case, it only nullifies wudu’ but does not necessitate ghusl (purificatory bath). Furthermore, you have to clean the blood and put a sanitary towel and make wudu’ (ablution) for every Prayer as long as you see the blood.

The same applies to `Umrah because Tawaf is like Prayer. You can clean the blood and put a sanitary towel and then make tawaf. May Allah accept from you and us all good deeds.
