It is the duty of the Muslim to seek that which is lawful and avoid that which is prohibited. It is permitted as a Muslim to work in a place where Haram is dealt as long as a Muslim is nor directly involved in anything pertaining to haram activities, BUT it is preferable to search for another job where there are no such haram activities, if one is able to do so.
Here, we would like to cite the following: “It is not haram to work in this place where there is someone who picks up cans containing pork for example, as long as the Muslim worker does not help him/her do so, as that would be equal to committing a sin.
