Moreover, Dr. Muzammil Siddiqi, President of the Fiqh Council ofNorth America, adds:
“A Muslim can work as a real estate agent for both Muslims and non-Muslims. There is nothing wrong in this profession. You should help people to find good homes for purchase, but do not get involved in the un-Islamic ways of borrowing money for purchase. In this job, a Muslim should be sincere with his customers and not to hesitate to inform them about the halal ways of buying homes.
