Dr. Marawan Shahin, Professor of Hadith and its Sciences, Faculty of Usul Ad-Din (Theology),Al-Azhar Univ. states: “If what a Muslim needs is that which can be done by Muslims, a Muslim is encouraged not to refer it to a non-Musim. Generally speaking, a Muslim is encouraged to seek help from reliable Muslims and in case he faces any problem with another Muslim he has to face this problem with the help of other Muslims.”
