Sa`i Before 10 Dhul Hijjah

Sheikh `Abdul-Majeed Subh, a prominent Azharite scholar, states: “There are two different views on Sa’i before 10th of Dhul Hijjah. However, we do incline to the view which says that Sa`i before the 10^th of Dhull-Hijjah will be counted for the obligatory one.”
