Regarding the ruling of swimsuits, Dr. MohamadNaimMohamadHanySaei, said:
As long as the swimsuit covers the whole body except the face and the hands and does not describe the shape or complexion of the body, it is permissible to swim with it but only in front of other women, the husband and the Mahrams (i.e. father, brother, son , uncle, etc.).
This response is peculiar to this particular swimsuit. Meaning that this swimsuit can be worn under these circumstances when in public. However, in Fiqh, there are different limitations of the ‘awra regarding in front of whom the garment is worn and where is worn, in public or in private.
