Sexual fulfilment is an important part of the mutual obligations of husband and wife. Both husband and wife have a duty to satisfy each other in this respect.
Should any one of them be suffering from a sexual dysfunction, he/she is required to seek professional advice in order for their marriage to be a happy one. So, if someone does not reach orgasm through sexual intercourse due to a sexual dysfunction, they should consult a doctor and to take a medicine, if necessary, upon the consultation of a doctor to reach orgasm while having intercourse with their spouse.
