The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: “A woman’s prayer in her house is better than her prayer in her courtyard, and her prayer in her chamber is better than her prayer in her house.” (Abu Dawud)
So, if a woman has ample time after going home to offer her Prayer before its time elapses, then she has to wait till she reaches home and prays. Hence, she does not need to pray in front of men.
However, if she cannot manage to pray at home on time, then she has to pray in any private place be it her company or workplace.
Giving this more explanation, Dr. Muzammil H. Siddiqi, said:
It is better for a woman to pray in private; in a secluded place away from the sight of non-mahrammen, unless she is attending the congregational prayer in the masjid.
However, if she is working in an office and she cannot find a private place to pray, she can pray in any corner, avoiding the sight of other people as much as she can.
