It must be emphasized that the person’s inheritance and the due share of each heir are basically determined after his actual death. As long as a person is living he may fall in debt or his property may be lost by a calamity or the like. On the other hand, his property may get increased through any possible channel including inhering from one of his relatives. It is fairly possibly that one of his potential heirs dies before him and he becomes his actual heir. Therefore, the actual division of inheritance should be left until the person is already dead.
