Sheikh Ahmad Kutty, a senior lecturer and Islamic scholar at the Islamic Institute of Toronto, Ontario, Canada, states: “According to the best of my knowledge, such procedures in case of men are undesirable, if not wholly haram. We are forbidden to imitate women in such matters.”
