Answering the question, Sheikh `Abdel Khaliq Hasan Ash-Shareef, an eminent Muslim scholar and Da`iyah, stated: “There is no wrong with if a pilgrim throws the pebbles before Dhuhr and he has to do nothing but to supplicate Allah to accept his Hajj.
