Zakat al-Mal

Respected scholars, as-salamu `alaykum. When should I pay the RRSP Zakah? Is it once every year or at retirement when I get this money back? Jazakum Allahu Khayran.

al-Salam Alikumthe family has established a financial fund for the purpose of supporting our young family members, who do not have the financial means to marry.  The fund is controlled by elders in the family, and they establish the need.Is it permissible for me to put my Zakat al-Mal in such a fund?  And do I need to establish that the money is spent at a specific time?

As-salamu `alaykum. I would like to know if a person currently has difficulties in supporting his household and his family, then he decides to sell away his investment (sahm ) which is also very small, does he still need to pay zakah?

As-Salamu `alaykum! Is it necessary to pay Zakah immediately after one year of having a certain amount of money?
