tattoo

As-Salamu `alaykum. I just want to know if it is haram (prohibited) to tattoo our bodies.

Respected scholars, as-salamu`alaykumI had two questions dat were bothering me for a while hope you can shed li ght on the matter first one is dat are we allowed to get tattoos printed on the body and secondly im aallowed to have a snake as pet.

Dear scholars, As-salamu `alaykum. I’ve asked this question before but have not gotten a reply. Is it forbidden in Islam to have one’s body tattooed? Jazakum Allah khayran.
