When my labour pain starts is it allowed for me to stop praying or only when the bleeding or my water breaks.Jazak Allah Khair.

Dear Brothers,Salmaou Aliko um..We have a mentally disabled sister. She was born this way, normally we did a lot of check up on her and doctors in both Egypt and US said there?s no cure for her.She started to get her monthly period and that causing here a pain and panic that she can not deal with it.One of the recommendations we had is to remove her ovary to stop the period to give her some comfort. Is that something prohibited in Islam?Jazakoum Allah
