Dear scholarsI submitted a questi on few times ago and did not get an answer regarding an issue I am having. I make lot of duas for getting a proper rizk and I noticed that the more dua i make the more negative answers I have. How should I take this matter as it is deeply disturbing me? Jazak Allah

Dear Islamonline,Please could you reconcile the apparent contradiction between verse 31 from Surat Al-Isra concerning Allah giving us sustenance and people dying of starvation.  In particular, in third world countries where people cannot do sa3y (or go in pursuit of their food/living).These thoughts have occupied my thinking recently and, I'm sad to say, has affected my faith as well.Thank you for your time.

If, as I know, that rizq is fixed for each and every human being so it can not be changed, and it is the promise of Allah the Almighty to provide us the rizq, then why do we strive for it for whole life ( I mean why do we look for jobs, run business and all other activities to earn our livings? ).
