Requisites of Hajj

Dear scholars, as-salamu `alaykum. What is a pilgrim permitted to do while in a state of ihram?

Respected scholars, as-salamu `alaykum. This year I and my wife went for Hajj. The trip was from Abu Dhabi to Jeddah, and the captain of the airplane was not Muslim. He told us that after 45 minutes we would be in line with the miqat; however, after that time had passed, he did not tell us that we were in line with the miqat, and we heard some other passengers reciting the talbiyah. Do we have to offer a sacrifice? Jazakum Allahu Khayran.

Asalomalaikum Dear Scholar, I recently performed the hajj in 2006.  My concern is that while I was going to stone the devil on the last day in Mina, I became stuck in the stampede and was therefore not able to perform the stone ritual that day.  I was also not able to sacrifice the animal in Mecca as a penalty.  I am now in America and need to know what can I do to help resolve this issue.  Thank you, Wa' Salaam.

When you go to Mecca for Hajj you have to run through the two hills Safa and Mawa isit Fard?
