A lot women I know who wear hijab and abide by the rules of hijab wear lipstick which is  light in color in public.  Some also wear foundation to even out their skin tone.  They say that it is not attracting attention and, and the no man will ever be close enough to see it.  They wear it for themselves or because they have dry lips or for their husbands.  Is this okay to do so?

I am a new Muslim. I have been a Christian the majority of my life. My main question is about prayer. When I am about in town, doing business, and there is no nearby masjid, what should I do when my phone goes off and says it’s time for prayer? Should I pray at Star Bucks, the library, the grocery store parking lot, parks, wherever? I also want to know where I am not allowed to pray. I was told that the whole world is a masjid; however, someone said to me don’t pray here or there.
