Dear Brothers,Alsalmaou Alikoum.A relative of mine works in Ummrah/Hajj business, he rents some hotels in Makkah/Madinah during these seasons and re-sales the units to Hajj/Ummrah travel agencies in Egypt. He re-sales these units in market rates. His profit exceeds 100%, sometimes it reaches 150%. Recently he asked me to invest/work with him, but I have some concerns, basically I know that resale and making money is allowed in Islam, but I feel that the resale of these units and make this much money could be questionable as this way we make Hajj and Um mrah more expensive for people, and some won?t be able to afford them. In the mean time, we resale at market price. So what do you think? Can I invest with him? Is all the money we make will be Halal?, and If so, how much zakat should I?

I need your opinion in putting my money in a bank with 10% fixed profit. plea se can you answer in Arabic, it will be better for me.

Is it permissible for the Hajj organizer to make profit from the Hajj tour. And, if permissible, is there any limit to the percentage of profit? What is your advice? May Allah bless you and reward you in this world and in the Hereafter.
