Delaying Maghrib Iqama’ for Some Minutes After the Adhan
Can we delay the Magrib Prayer for 10 minutes?The gulf country in which I am working now recently changed the prayer time of Magrib. Till the end of April 2009 the prayer was after 5 minutes from the time of Adan in all mosques and now the prayer is after 10 minutes from the time of Adan. Why they are changing the time like that now? Are we allowed to make changes like that?
