Intimate Relations

As-Salamu `alaykum. I will appreciate your response to my question, may Allah bless you all. I'm a good Muslim, I can't get married this year, I'm talking to someone in another country and we have an intimate relationship and we might get married if Allah wills. Sometimes our talk involves sex. I'm very keen about my faith and I don't want to breach any rules of Islam. I would like to know if talking by phone is prohibited in Islam or makruh (disliked), taking into account that it doesn't involve any real physical relation (since we are in different places) and it helps to keep both of us away from any other haram. Jazakum Allah khayran.

Dear scholars, As-Salamu `alaykum. I read somewhere that during the woman’s menstrual period, it is haram to do sex below the woman’s waist, while it is halal above the waist and there is nothing wrong taking part in sex with husband with upper body only. Is this correct in the light of true Islamic teachings? Jazakum Allah khayran.

Asalaam Alaikum,My wife constantly refuses intimate relations.  I have been patient and tried to set up reasonable times where we can spend time together.  She promises to do this, and then breaks her promise.This has been going on for 5 years.I have kids, and divorce simply isn't an option.I have strong control over my desires, Alhamdulillah.  I'm at the point where I think its justified for me to flat out refuse any relations with her, as she constantly breaks her promises.  She does occasionally want to spend time with me, but its even worse this way, as my desires become sort of inflammed and I want more.I'm not sure what else I can do.
