Why Some Months and Sites Are Holier than Others
Dear scholars, as-salamu `alaykum.how does one ascertain the truth? Shouldn’t the truth be logical and self evident? How, then, can it be logical to regard one month as holier than another or one location more sacred than another when the truth must be that all of Allah's creation is holy at any time or at any location? The whole universe is the example of Allah's perfect creation. But Muslims regard Makkah as a holy place and Ramadan a holy month. Please explain.
