Favouritism in Treating Kids
Dear Sheikh! Please enlighten me on the case where mother or father is partial. In other words a mother or father treats children unequally, giving some of their children preferential treatment at the expense of others. In this case, does one still owe such parents the duty of respect and honor, despite the apparent injustice that characterizes the way they treat their children? Jazakum Allah khayran.
