donation

Assalamu AlaikumI have a question that I need your help to find answer.My elder brother does not have any children. Due to medical reasons, my brother cannot make my sister-in-law pregnant. In other hand, my sister-in-law does not have any medical issues.I am happily married and have two daughters.My wife & I want to donate my sperm & my wife?s egg to my sister-in-law. With my sperm & my wife?s egg - we will implant IVF embryo in my sister ? in ? law?s uterus so; she becomes pregnant with our baby. Once the baby is born we would like to give up our child for adoption to my brother and sister ? in ? law unconditionally. Will it be acceptable in Islam?

Asslam alaikumI like to ask about the situation where a Muslim is approaches by non- Muslim women who are living as lesbian couple, and do not want o enter relationship with men.But they want to have a child of their own. So If the Muslim man donates his sperm for one of them to bare a child is that allowed in Islam, As the father and kinship will be of one man.Secondly would the child born of this understanding be son of zina if so what will be the penalty under Islamic sharah?If the Muslim man makes Nikkah with one of the above women and then donates his sperm would that be allowed in Islam? Please advise as a Muslim have been ask for such donation and I like to make a informed choice under the banner of IslamThis Muslim man  want to make a donation of his sperm with the intention  of producing Muslim children InshAllah, please advice what would be best way forward . Dear scholars, As-Salamu `alaykum. I have observed in some mosques in the city that when the imam is sitting between the two khutbahs (sermons) on Friday for dhikr and du`a’, donation boxes are being passed through the lines. Is this an acceptable innovation or not? Jazakum Allah khayran.

Respected scholars, as-salamu `alaykum.Is egg donation allowed in Islam?

Assalamu Alaykum.Can some one who donated money to build a mosque ask for it back after it has been spent. what if he needs it to make ends meet? should the mosque give it back from mosque funds?  should the matter be made public to raise the money? the amount is not big; it is only $5000.  But the donor says it will help him meet his needs to get it back.  What is the ruling in this situation?jazaka Allah Khair.

Dear scholars, As-Salamu `alaykum. We are interested to know whether sadaqah (charity) is considered as Zakah or general donation. When people donate to our Islamic center, they write on the checks that it is sadaqah, Zakah, or donation. We want to know how our center should treat charity named sadaqah. Jazakum Allah khayran.
