certain person

Dear respected scholars Should a Muslim woman make du'a for a particular person (who she strongly desires)to propose to her, and for herself to marry with him for the sake of Allah? I barely know the person (which I encounter sometimes especially in school. (We don't do such things as conversing and so forth)  I am just very physically attracted to him and I liked his manners towards me from the last time we encountered each other. And I like how he doesn't socialize with women(at least from what I've witnessed). None the less I can not assume his piety and goodness of character/'adab, I do not want to want him (as do not know his level of piety and righteouness. But can not help it. I constantly question myself if it is okay to desire marriage with such a person. I wonder if  it is okay for me to ask Allah that he allows us to marry for his sake only. At the same time I ask Allah to not allow such to happen if it will not benefit me in this life or the next.
