alsalamo alaikomhow are you Before asking you this long question let you know that i am a student prepaping for an academic exam, And there is an academic institution preparing people to study for this type of exams by giving books and video lectures at their centers,but you have to sign a paper states that after the end of the course you are not supposed to sell your books.the problem is that they charge a lot of money that i can't afford,so i went to one of the students in the course and i bought the books from him. My question is ,what is the rule of sharia'a in that, and if it is not permessible can i  use the books in my study or not.thank you for your patience wa gazakom Allaho khaira

Laesing : Buying a car using a leasing contract is lawfull in line with shariaa or not, and particularly for the terms of the contract as penality in the form of bearing interest (rate) charges (fees) for delaying any payment or not excuting any part o the the contract.also may i have any suggestion for buying a house or a car that is totaly in line with shariaâ.

assalamualikum is it permissible to buy from online auctions that end on a specific time, and when the seller is allowed to put a reserve price (that he is not obliged to sell his item unless it is reached), but he did not and the price of sale that is reached at the end of the auction is less than the market value, what about buying from auctions when a bank or other authority by a court order sell in an auction the property of an indivdual who is unable to pay his debts , again the price may be less than the market value

Respected scholars, as-salamu `alaykum. My question is very basic. Is buying shares in a company that deals in essentially halal products (e.g. agriculture) but also engages in interest bearing activities such as taking bank loans considered halal? Thank you for your time.

I was wondering if it is ok to buy things that are non-essential (things other than food, etc.) if I don't have to pay my college loans until after college when I will have a job inshaallah. I would like to buy a new mp3 player to listen to Qur'an, etc. with money I have from a part time job, is this ok??

Al Salam Alaykom Wa Rahmat ALLAH Wa Barakatoh. My wife is in the process of openning a shop to sell Jilbab, Abaya, Shawls, ... in very low prices to help the Islamic community as the prices of Islamic dresses is outragesouly high in that part of the world. In the same time, she wants to add Fashion jewellery. We heard here and there that it is Haram to sell fashion jewellery (Gold plated and semi precious stones, earings, necklesses, ...) is that right? and why it is Haram? Baraka Allah Fikom

As-Salam `alaykum! Is buying and selling fake goods of registered trademarks haram? Is the ruling the same even if you inform the buyer that the goods are fake not original ?
