Animal Sacrifice in the Month of Sha`ban
Respected scholars, as-salamu`alaykum. Since my young age, I am accustomed to slaughter a sacrifice and to give its meat away as Sadaqah (voluntary charity) during the month of Sha‘ban? Is there anything wrong in doing so? Please advise. May Allah bless you! Jazakum Allahu Khayran.
