Dr. Ahmad As-Suwei` Shleibak, Member of the Fiqh Council of North America and Member of the Assembly of Muslim Jurists in America (AMJA), states: The reward that the person will get for any good deeds is blessing and mercy from Allah, which Allah will bestow on him/her in this life, and make him/ her enter paradise in the Hereafter.
Moreover, It is considered an ongoing perpetual charity in which the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: “When a person dies, his works cease except three: An ongoing charity he has set up or endowed, beneficial knowledge he has imparted, or a righteous offspring who prays for him.”(Muslim)”
