The eminent Muslim scholar and renowned Da`iyah, Sheikh `Abdel Khaliq Hasan Ash-Shareef, states: Simply making du`a’ (supplication) without putting forth our best efforts is not the way of Islam as taught by our beloved Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). So we advise to never give up making du`a’, but while doing so never be slack in doing your best to achieve your desired goal of studying well and getting top remarks in the exams.
