Zeinab Al-`Alawani, Instructor of Fiqh and Islamic Studies, Graduate School of Islamic and Social Sciences, states the following: “There is nothing wrong, as far as the Shari`ah rule is concerned, with the blood inside the meat and bones. What is forbidden is the flowing blood, but the blood inside the meat is natural. So we should wash it well and cook it.”
Is the blood in meat forbidden also?
