Dr. Ahmad As-Suwei` Shleibak, Member of the Fiqh Council of North America and Member of the Assembly of Muslim Jurists in America (AMJA), states the following: “In Islam, there is no such bored in marriage. The real Muslim when he/she decides to get married should be very serious about the marriage to keep him/herself from committing Zina, and the Muslim should not do such a thing to his Muslim sister. The Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) is reported to have said: “None of you will be a believer until he loves for his brother what he loves for himself.”
So if you do not like that act to be done for your sister or your mother, how can you like doing it with other people!?”
To conclude, we can say that the husband is advised to fear Allah and to treat his wife kindly. He is not permitted to flirt with other women, and he is obliged by Islam to remain loyal and committed to his marriage and not to allow the accursed Satan to overwhelm his thinking to such a great extent.
