Dr. Monzer Kahf, a prominent economist and counselor states: ” Going to theme parks is like walking in a street where you see many things, some are forbidden in Shari’ah and some are not. it is not Haram as long as one applies the principles of Shari’ah: lowering your gaze when you see a thing that should be covered, do not do any thing that is Haram or Makruh in Shari’ah, be kind and polite, etc.“
